Hana Sushi was the first Japanese restaurant chain in Poland, introducing a contemporary approach to Japanese dining at a time when sushi was still relatively new to the Polish market.

The interior concept combines Japanese-inspired simplicity with a warm, sophisticated atmosphere. Natural wood, textured surfaces, bamboo-inspired screens, subtle graphics, and carefully controlled lighting create intimate dining areas while maintaining an open and lively character.

The sushi bar becomes an important part of the experience, allowing guests to observe the preparation of food and bringing the craftsmanship of Japanese cuisine directly into the interior. Traditional references are interpreted in a modern way rather than reproduced literally.
